Based upon the findings of an unannounced, onsite state relicensure and Medicare recertification survey conducted July 12, 2021 through July 13, 2021, Immediate Homecare and Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113 Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care - Emergency Preparedness.
